Hanging in there

First off, I want to apologise for not updating. Which is a little bit narcissistic, isn't it? Assuming that you are all dying to read another post from moi. Anyway, I was struck with writer's block and the longer I waited to sit down and write, the harder it became. I wrote about this in my second post, about the pressure I put on myself to ONLY write great, long and smart posts. Which is good I guess... Ambition is not a bad thing, but when it makes you passive and anxious then I think it's time to re-evaluate. Lower the bar a little bit. Forgive yourself and start fresh.

Now, let me get to the point before I start sounding like a quote from Pinterest. I've been feeling a little bit under the weather lately (that is an expression, right?!). I'm not sure if there's been a lot more than usual going on or if I've just... not taken the time to slow down in-between lectures, meetings, study-sessions, hangouts and parties. The latter option is probably the most likely one. So I decided to stay in tonight, even though it's Saturday. Make myself a nice cup of tea and try to start writing some posts! I have some ideas that have been circling in the back of my mind for the past few weeks.

Found this picture from an evening walk I took the other week. I even put a watermark on it and I totally forgot! Really need to find a better way to mark my pictures... Anyone have any tips?

Have a great weekend, and remember to take care of yourselves. Don't burn out!
